The construction arm of the JJH Corporation was created in 1978 by current President John J. Hanky III. Over the next decade construction remained just one facet of the JJH operation.
After recognizing the growing market for high end custom crafted homes, Jay formed Jay Hanky Construction Inc.
which operates under the same roof and in conjunction with The JJH Corporation. There are Jay Hanky Construction homes on display in each of our projects beginning with the highly acclaimed Barrington subdivision in 1988. Jay is currently building contract homes, as well as speculative homes in “Bell Tower”, which is the latest JJH subdivision located on Church Rd between Pump and Three Chopt.
