The JJH Corporations main focus and driving force has been real estate development from day one. The company started out by developing residential lots for construction giant Ryan Homes in 1974. However, by
1978 Jack’s oldest son Jay had joined the business and created the construction arm of the company, now known as Jay Hanky Construction Inc.
Since that time The JJH Corporation has developed 18 residential subdivisions, as well as, several commercial projects to include a major downtown hotel and office building and a suburban mixed use retail facility. Each one of the subdivisions and commercial projects are identified below.
